State Duma simplifies State Fund asset distribution in emergency

MOSCOW, Jun 15 (PRIME) -- The State Duma, parliament's lower chamber, passed on Wednesday a bill simplifying distribution of valuables from the State Fund that contains precious metals and gems in case of emergency.

The president and the government shall be entitled to buy assets for the fund and distribute them without changes in the federal budget.
